How does this program work?
To shop, use your company email address to register or sign in. Add products to your cart and complete your online order. You must be logged in with an approved company email address to shop discounted products. An order confirmation will be emailed to you upon checkout.

Who is eligible for the Share the Light program?
Participation is currently limited to Coleto Brands employees and those directly invited by their employer, though we may expand the program in the future. To access the discount and add products to your cart, orders must be placed using your work email address.
What are the terms of the Share the Light Program?
Applicable to Kichler and Progress Lighting brand products only.
This product is provided for personal use only and is not authorized for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.
Employees can order up to a maximum $5,000 MAP value of product annually. One-time events like new home construction or large outdoor installations will be treated as exceptions.
Shipping fees will be applied at the time of checkout. However, if accessorial charges are required by the carrier for special circumstances like lift gates, those will be the responsibility of the employee and due at time of delivery.
All orders must be paid by credit card and are subject to a 2% processing fee. Products purchased through the Share the Light Program are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and accessorial charges are non-refundable.
Should any issues arise during fulfillment, our customer care team will notify you immediately via email with specific details and next steps.
This program is limited to consumers based in the United States and Canada due to safety rating and certification reasons.

Why wasn’t I charged sales tax on my order? (excludes Ohio residents)
Tax laws require businesses to collect sales tax only in states where they have a "nexus". This typically means having a physical presence, like an office or warehouse, or meeting a specific high threshold of sales in that state. Because this program is new, we do not currently meet these criteria in your location, we are not authorized to collect sales tax on your behalf.
- Does this mean my purchase is tax-free? Not necessarily. While we did not collect sales tax at checkout, most states require residents to pay a "Consumer Use Tax" on taxable items purchased from out-of-state retailers. This tax is essentially the same rate as your local sales tax but is paid directly by you to your state.
- How do I pay the Use Tax? For most individuals, use tax is reported and paid once a year when you file your state income tax return. Many states provide a specific line item on the tax form for "unpaid use tax" on out-of-state or online purchases.
- What happens if I don't pay it? State tax authorities can audit individuals and businesses for unpaid use tax. Failure to report and pay this tax can lead to penalties and interest. We recommend keeping your purchase receipts and consulting with a tax professional or your state's Department of Revenue for specific reporting guidelines.
- Will you ever start charging sales tax in my state? Possibly. States frequently update their "economic nexus" thresholds based on sales volume or transaction counts. If our business grows to meet your state's specific threshold in the future, we will begin collecting and remitting sales tax as required by law.
